Nestled in the scenic hills of Ione, CA, our facility offers a beautiful and peaceful setting for both newcomers and veteran jumpers to enjoy.

🎉 First Dock Diving Event of the Season!

Join us for our first event of the year at our Premier Dock, sanctioned by North America Diving Dogs (NADD). Titles earned at our events are recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC)—great news for those chasing championship points or just enjoying the journey.

📅 Ready to sign up?
You can register for this event directly on the NADD website. Your dog will need a NADD Membership Number, which is a one-time fee, and after that you’re good to go for all NADD events nationwide!

🐾 New to Dock Diving?

No problem! We love helping dogs take their first leap. If your pup hasn’t tried it yet, sign up for one of our dock diving classes [here] (link your sign-up page). We’ll help you build confidence and have a blast doing it!

📋 Important Notes on Registration

Dock diving is one of the few dog sports that doesn’t require upfront payment, but that also means it relies on everyone being mindful of their commitments. Here’s the scoop:

  • No Show Policy: You can adjust your entry anytime before entries close (usually two weeks before the event). After that, you’re expected to attend and pay. One no-show won’t break anything—but three strikes, and you lose pre-registration privileges.
  • Stuff happens! Illnesses and emergencies are understandable—just communicate with a vet or doctor note and you’ll be good to go.

💦 Our Jump Card System

To make things easier, we offer Jump Cards, a unique perk at our facility (thanks to NADD approval). Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll sign up and pay in advance via SignUpGenius.
  • These links will be sent out the week of the event…a few days prior.
  • You’ll know your approximate jump times before you arrive.
  • No waiting around all day—you can jump, hang out, and even make it to Ione Sweets for a well-earned ice cream before the heat kicks in!

We love when folks stay all day to cheer each other on, but we also know that California summers aren’t always kind. This system gives you the flexibility to make the day work best for you and your dog.

🏞️ About Our Facility

Our dock and pool are tucked into the middle of 135 quiet, beautiful acres—a true hidden gem! Once you make it down our half-mile gravel/dirt road, you’ll want to settle in and enjoy the day. Here’s what to bring:

  • Canopies, chairs, lots of water (for you and your pup!)
  • Aluminet or shade cloth to help with summer heat
  • Snacks, or check out the local spots in nearby Ione (2 miles north)

🍕 Local eats include:

  • Two pizza joints
  • Subway
  • Chinese & Mexican food
  • Clark’s Market with a great deli
  • And of course, Ione Sweets—our town’s favorite ice cream shop!

🏨 Need a place to stay?
Check out nearby hotels in Plymouth or Jackson. Jackson/Martell offers grocery stores, fast food, and anything else you might need during your weekend with us.
